Down to Earth [Skill]
Your mind is skeptical towards magic and supernatural things, to the point that you resist them better than others.Prerequisites: Must not have the ability to cast spells. If it later gains it, it loses the benefits of this feat, but another feat of the same type can be chosen.
Benefits: This is a skill feat that scales with your ranks in Concentration.
- 0 ranks: You may use the Concentration skill instead of Will to resist mind-affecting magic effects. Anything that would improve your Will saves in such situation applies to the Concentration skill instead.
- 4 ranks: You gain a +4 bonus on saving throws against mind-affecting magic.
- 9 ranks: You gain spell resistance against mind-affecting magic equal to your ranks in Concentration + your Constitution modifier, but no more than 20 + your Constitution modifier.
- 14 ranks: The abilities from this feat now apply to any school of magic.
- 19 ranks: You are constantly under the effect of mind blank and, whenever you would be subject to any magic, but just once per round and before calculating spell resistance, you can make a Concentration check (DC is spell's DC + 20) to become completely immune to that effect, though if you fail the check your spell resistance doesn't apply if it normally would.
