Everbright[edit]

Your weapon shines with radiant light, dealing damage and releasing blinding pulses. The weapon deals an additional +1d4 points of [Light] damage and always glows in any color anywhere between the strength of a candle to that of a daylight, adjusted as a free action on your turn. However its light is never fully snuffed. Against creatures vulnerable to sunlight, they take +2d4 damage, and creatures with light blindness or light sensitivity are treated as being exposed to sunlight for the purposes of visual penalties.

Once per day you can raise your weapon and cause all creatures in a 20 ft radius centered on you to take 4d4+4 [Light] damage and make a Fortitude save DC 13 + your highest mental ability modifier against being blinded for 1d4 rounds. A successful save negates the blindness.

The weapon is immune to prismatic effects, such as by prismatic wall, and may safely pass through the colors unharmed. However this would not apply to the wielder.

Moderate Evocation; CL 7th; Craft Magic Arms and Armor, daylight; Price: +2.
