This acts as a Spell Storing weapon, but can store up to 9th level spells. It is subject to the same limitations as Spell Storing.
This may be added to a Spell Storing weapon as a +4 enhancement, or Improved Spell Storing as +2.
Strong Evocation; CL 18th; Craft Magic Arms and Armor, creator must be a caster of at least 18th level; Price: +5.
