Legendary Actions

The celestial can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature’s turn. The celestial regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.

Unofficial Description: Ki-rin have Chinese dragon like heads with beards and antlers. Their bodies are like a horse or deer, but have cloven hooves. They are often gold, but may be any bright color.


Ki-rin's Lair

Ki-rin lair in tall mountain aeries or isolated temples located in such heights.

Lair Actions

When fighting inside its lair, an ki-rin can use lair actions. On initiative count 20 (losing initiative ties), the celestial takes a lair action to cause one of the following effects; the celestial can’t use the same effect two rounds in a row:

  • Conjure Objects
  • Pure flowing water
  • Healthy animals, plants, and good creatures
  • Protection from Curses, diseases, and poisons
  • Control Weather
  • Feather Fall

When the ki-rin dies, all these effects disappear immediately, although the invigorating effect on flora and fauna remains for 3 years.
