Who watches over the sleeping angels? I do! I do!

A grotesque experiment from a fanatical underwater cult, they appear to be young human girls but have been modified to act as gatherers of psionic essence for some unknown fell purpose. These beings are drawn to the psionic and the dead, especially the psionic dead, at which point they "harvest" them and eventually produce cognizance crystalsMIC. They are always paired with a guardian known as a Big Daddy which is very protective of their charge.

Little sisters speak Common, but seem to be delusional. They appear to view their grim task as something not only very normal, but very innocent and playful, referring to corpses as "angels".

Combat[edit]

Little sisters do not fight, and flee when possible. They carry large syringes (their siangham) but it is a poor weapon.

Evasion (Ex): As a rogue.

Harvest (Ex): A little sister can harvest a corpse with an intact brain, stabbing it with their large syringe (their siangham) as a full round action which provokes attacks of opportunity. A normal corpse provides them with 1 power point (see Power Battery) while the corpse of a psionic creature grants them 1d6 power points.

Pheromones (Ex): Any humanoid, animal, magical beast, giant, or monstrous humanoid which can smell is subtly affected by the little sister's pheromones. They take a -2 penalty to attack rolls and save DCs against the little sister when within 30 ft. It is also the method of their pair bonding to their Big Daddies in question.

Power Battery (Su): Little sister bodies act as power point storage devices. They can store up to 6 power points which they drain from bodies. They can then either willingly give them away to a friendly psion using them as a cognizance crystal, or craft cognizance crystal as if they had the feats to do so. It is said there is a way to remove the power points from an unwilling little sister, but the results are often... fatal.

Sense Bodies (Su): Little sisters can detect corpses or psionic creatureswithin 60 ft of them, even through walls as if using blindsense. This is not stopped by an inability to hear.

Water Adapted (Ex): While not aquatic creatures, little sisters do not fear water and may hold their breath up to 4 hours longer than normal.

Psi-Like Abilities (Ps): At will-detect psionics; 2/day-damp powerCPsi, vigor. ML 3. The saving throws are Charisma based.
