Lizardfolk Cloaker[edit]
Amidst the tall forest trees, blending in with the surrounding flora, a beast stalks a group of unwary travelers. With its ferocious claws and fearsome speed, it strikes like lightning-- drawing first blood for its allies to take advantage from.
Lizardfolk Cloaker Tactics[edit]
The lizardfolk Cloaker is trained for more hit-and-parry attacks than full-on melee. It will use its Glaring Eyes power to keep its foes grounded while gaining the upper hand against a few creatures using its ferocious bite attack to make use of its aura. Most lizardfolk cloakers start out concealed and then reveal themselves when they strike or make their first move.
Lizardfolk Cloaker Lore[edit]
A character knows the following information with a successful Nature check.
- DC 15: Trained by lizardfolk tribes, cloakers are a relative of the greenscales and are bred to serve as personal guardians to higher-ranking chieftains, such as mystics or tribe leaders. They may be encountered solo or can be found in groups amongst lesser and greater lizardfolk allies.
Encounter Groups[edit]
As they are trained to protect the higher-ranking, they can also be found in fairly sizeable groups of 3 or 4 cloakers in pockets amongst the territories.
Level 2 Encounter (XP 1,425)[edit]
- 2 Poisonscale Magus (Level 2 Artillery)
- 3 Poisonscale Slitherers (Level 2 Soldier)
- 2 Lizardfolk Cloakers (Level 2 Elite Skirmisher)
