Recipients of this graft must have their tongues removed in order to have this graft installed. Their tongues from that point on are as flexible and as powerful as those of a maurezhi.
The user becomes able to speak Abyssal. Additionally, they gain a tongue attack as a secondary natural attack, dealing 2d6 bludgeoning damage for a Medium creature, and has double their natural reach. Furthermore, as a swift action, the user can use its tongue to move itself a distance equal to the amount of reach gained this way. Lastly, if the user hits a creature with its tongue, it can make a trip attempt against that creature as a free action.
