The flavor is right, but the price is bad. I'd make a comparison with a masterwork +1 greatsword, and point out that this is a (admittedly not +1) hands free greatsword with 10 ft movement a round as swift and reach and trip. This is one of those grafts I'd use if I didn't feel it just outpaces everything else. Almost a neutral, but not quite.

Rinse, Repeat

Too cheap, as other Demon Items, but this one comes with a question... how are they moving as a swift action with their... tongue? -- Eiji-kun 17:36, 24 March 2011 (UTC)

In regards to the latter question, the tongue is not only long but also prehensile and capable of grabbing stuff, so it pulls them in a manner similar to Toad from X-Men (if that analogy does anything for you). It's basically a rip from the monster itself. - TG Cid 21:36, 24 March 2011 (UTC)
This is an item balanced for a 6th level character. All of the above is completely in-line with what a 6th level character, given the wizard level of balance, can do. The price given for it is a reasonable fraction of the total wealth by level for a 6th level character (18%, to be exact), and if we examine it in terms of wealth growth between 5th level and 6th level, it's about 58% of that. Combined with the fact that items in general are priced in a retarded fashion, and that this item benefits non-magic guys more than magic ones, your objections seem strange in the extreme. - MisterSinister 21:54, 15 August 2011 (UTC)
