Mist Phantom Spell [Metamagic] A deep mist surrounds your foe. Invisible monsters begin to stalk their prey.Prerequisites: One other metamagic featBenefit: This metamagic may be applied to any summoning effect, calling effect, or creation effect. The spell forms an obscuring mist at the center of where the creature or object is summoned, and the actual creature or object is given the mist phantom template (invalid creatures or objects may also have the template, this is an exception to the rules of the template). The obscuring mist effect has a duration equal to the spell it is linked to, and if the creatures or objects affected are destroyed the mist also vanishes. The mist can also be moved with wind as normal, with its usual suppressing effects on creatures and objects within.

A mist phantom spell uses up a spell slot two levels higher than the spell’s actual level.
