Mutated Wing [Racial]
You have wings which show your strange heritage.Prerequisites: Fey or Outsider TypeBenefit: You gain a pair of wings which grant you the ability to glide and Hyper Jump. If you possess three or more HDs, you are able to fly with a speed equal to twice your base land speed with poor maneuverability, however you may only maintain flight for 1 round per point of Constitution you have and must rest twice the amount of time of flew before taking the air again.
You qualify for the Wings of Evil feat even if you are not a fiend, this replace the fly speed granted by this feat.
