Needles Mastery [General] Prerequisites: Weapon Focus (assassin needles), Base Attack Bonus +4Benefit: Your mastery of the needles allow you to perform special maneuvers. These maneuvers can only be used with assassin needles.
Assassin Precision: Once per round as a move action, you may treat a single creature within your first range increment as flat-footed for your next attack.
Battle Acupuncture: As a full-round action, you may make a single melee attack or ranged attack within your first range increment against a flat footed creature. If it hit, the struck creature must make a fortitude save or become paralysing for 1 round and then slowed for 3 rounds. The DC is based on your dexterity modifier.
Quick Draw: You can draw assassin needles, even concealed ones as a free action usable outside of your turn.
