Darkness, monochrome, and nullity themed discipline for shadow pact warlocks.
This discipline is taking the Complete Arcane Warlock and giving it a discipline chassis, for reasons of balance. At-will is not a resource management system.
It is a willing violation of Tome of Battle specifications to use initiator level with saving throws.
This discipline does not have a layer on Mrityulok, since it is a mystical discipline instead of a martial discipline. Furhtermore, it does not have a legacy item.

Discipline Skill: Use Magic Device (Cha)
Discipline Weapons: Eldritch Blast
Saves: 10 + 1/2 Initiator Level + Charisma Modifier
Special: All maneuvers are supernatural.
Maneuvers of the Obscured Existence Discipline[edit]

1st-Level Maneuvers
- Beguiling Remark: Boost — +6 to next Bluff, Diplomacy, or Intimidate check.
- Darkball: Stance [Darkness] — As per darkness, except follows you.
- Fear of The Other: Boost [Fear Mind-Affecting] — Attacked creatures cannot attack nearby ally without fright.
- Partial Shadow: Stance — Subsist partially in shadow plane, leaving less physical traces.
2nd-Level Maneuvers
- Duskbringer: Strike [Darkness] — 60 foot ranged attack and you can move as a swift action on certain squares until the end of your next turn.
- Gut-Inducing Strike: Boost — Attacked creatures are sickened for 3 rounds.
- Horizon's Push: Strike — Ranged attack range changes to maximum 250 feet with no increment penalty.
3rd-Level Maneuvers
- Dark One's Own Luck: Counter — Plane of Shadow grants bonus against deadly effects.
- See The Unseen: Stance — See through magical darkness and invisibility.
- Shadow's Trip: Strike — Send shadow across ground to attack foe
4th-Level Maneuvers
- Beshadowing Strike: Strike [Darkness] — Blind target creature for three rounds.
- Chain Attack: Strike — Possibly get a second full attack against nearby foe.
- Cloak of Shadows: Counter [Darkness] — Gain displacement against an attack and uncenter your enemy if they miss.
5th-Level Maneuvers
- Curse of the Day: Strike [Curse] — In darkness, target takes -6 penalty to ability score of your choice.
- Curse of the Night: [Curse] — Bestow night's curse to enemy, giving a -4 to attack rolls, saving throws, ability checks, and skills checks.
6th-Level Maneuvers
- Baneful Light: Strike — Those you strike begin to burn in the sunlight.
- Fade Whisps: Strike — Slowly eat away at a target's reality and mimic the effect of insect plague
7th-Level Maneuvers
- Doppleganger: Boost — Summon a shadowy clone to duplicate your actions this round, though not quite as effective.
8th-Level Maneuvers
- Shadow Distortion: Strike — Attack, and distort and deform the body to more resemble their distorted shadow.
- Shadowblot: Stance — Turn into an incorporeal ball of shadow.
9th-Level Maneuvers
