Psychic Vampire [Psionic]
You drain the minds of others to heal yourself.Prerequisites: Manifester level 5th, must know either claws of the vampire, hostile telepathic transfer, mind trap, psychic vampire, or vampiric blade, at least two Telepathy powers.Benefit: Whenever you use a Telepathic ability on a target you may as a free action once per round drain the target of hit points. If it is an Instantaneous effect, you deal 1d6 points of damage + 1d6 points of damage for every two power points spent, and recover this as temporary hit points. For effects with a duration, you deal 1 point of damage plus 1 damage for every two power points spent, recovering as temporary hit points. Temporary hit points overlaps, it does not stack, and lasts for 1 hour. You can choose not to deal damage in case you use telepathy powers on allies. This is mind-affecting damage.
A creature which saves against your telepathy power negates the draining ability.
