Primordial Surge [Psionic]
Prerequisites: Base Attack Bonus +2Benefit: When you achieve a critical hit with your melee or ranged attack (within 30 feet), you mentally impart an image of your foe’s demise directly into its mind. Your foe, shaken by the vivid flash, suffers a –2 morale penalty on attack rolls, checks, and saving throws while the combat continues. This extraordinary effect cannot be negated or dispelled. Also, you can use this feat in conjunction with weaponlike powers.
