Some Xilliadine slowly develop an odd mutation making them immune to radiation instead of merely resistant.Prerequisites: Xilliadine Race, Con 15+Benefit: You are no longer negatively affected by Radiation Exposure. Additionally if you manifest the radburst power you no longer take Constitution Drain.
