Retrained Armor Proficiency
Instead of training to use armor, you trained to do something else.
Class: Any
Prerequisites: proficient with at least light and medium armor as a class feature
Level: 1st
Replaces: Armor proficiency
Benefit: If you gain proficiency with light and medium armor as a class feature, you may exchange both those proficiencies in exchange for a low balance feat.
If you have proficiency in light, medium and heavy armor, you may exchange all those proficiencies for a moderate balance feat.
If you are proficient in all three armor types and tower shields, you may exchange all those proficiencies for a high balance feat.
