Prerequisite: Proficiency with any Martial Weapon
Repeatable: No
Features: Ability Score Increase, Guardian, Halt

Unofficial Description: Boost Str, or Dex; make an Opportunity Attack against a nearby creature that Disengages or hits a target (other than you), creatures hit by your Opportunity Attacks lose their Speed.
