Shiba Scream [Racial]
This special power was created by a member of the Shiba Inu breed and named after the loud, high-pitched scream that Shiba Inus are known for when provoked or upset. While it was once limited to the Shiba Inu, it has spread to be a power unique to all Canin.Prerequisites: Canin, BAB +2Benefit: Gain Sonic Blast (Spell Compendium page 195) as a Supernatural Ability at an effective Caster Level equal to the Canin's Character Level. The DC is 10+1/2 HD+Charisma Modifier.
