A silent weapon suppresses the sound not only of the weapon, but those struck by the weapon. If a silent weapon is used it its sound is suppressed to that of a loud whisper, requiring a base DC 10 Listen check to hear if not quieter. In additions those successfully struck by the weapon have their voices and noises they create falloff rapidly. No sound they make extends beyond 20 ft, making calling for help difficult. It has no effect on vocal components or their ability to speak within that range. This lasts for 1 round.
