Single Target Spell [Metamagic]
Benefit: This metamagic feat can only be applied to spell with multiple targets or with an area of effect. A spell modified with this metamagic feat only affect a single target or square within it range. If applied without preparation, this feat doesn't modify the casting time of the ability. A single target spell uses up a spell slot equal to the spell's actual level.
Example: A single target fireball would affect no area, instead it would only affect a single square. A single target silence only affect the creature or object it cast on, not any radius beyond it.
