Unofficial Description: Skabatha, Bavlorna Blightstraw, and Endelyn Moongrave form the Hourglass Coven. Skabatha is a powerful fey hag. Skabatha appears as a short, old toymaker with ragged clothing and heavy makeup. A closer look reveals Skabatha's skin is like bark, with fungus. There is a large key sticking out of her back that turns on its own. She is often found on a Flying Rocking Horse.
