|benefit=Choose between [[intelligence]], [[wisdom]] or [[charisma]]. The DCs of all your martial maneuvers become 11 10 + 1/2 HD + the selected ability score modifier (if higher). Additionally your choose a discipline, the first strike of the chosen discipline in a round deal an additional 1d6 damage per two three initiator level you have, if that strike has multiple attacks only the first one receive the extra damage bonus. If you selected [[intelligence]] or [[wisdom]] this is precision damage. If you selected [[charisma]], mindless creatures are immune to the bonus damage.
