While an Art Flow User can never actually ''lose'' their powers, they can be suppressed. All it takes is being soaked. A trip to the Elemental Plane of Water is pretty much a death sentence.
Furthermore, the Art Flow requires a certain degree of creative focus to properly harness. A character cannot take levels in Art Flow User unless at least half their skill points are invested inthe following skills (including skill tricks that have them as prerequisites): Balance, Bluff, Craft, Disguise, Forgery, Perform, or Profession.
