This effectively allow allows the wearer to use [[Hurl Debris (3.5e Spell)|''hurl debris I'']] and [[SRD:Mage Hand|''mage hand'']] as spell-like abilities at-will.

If the wearer is able to casting cast [[Hurl Debris (3.5e Spell)|''hurl debris'']], she increase increases it grade by one step, as long as she is capable of casting the higher version of the spell. By example she could increase a casting of [[Hurl Debris (3.5e Spell)|''hurl debris I'']] to [[Hurl Debris (3.5e Spell)|''hurl debris II'']] as long as she know knows ''hurl debris II''. The wielder add adds all enhancement which can benefit ranged attack attacks to attacks made with the [[Hurl Debris (3.5e Spell)|''hurl debris'']] spell and act as a [[Torc of Enhanced Breath (3.5e Equipment)|''torc of enchanted breath'']] for the ''boulder cannon'' version.
