::: you cant take it because of level cap of skill points. you cant retrain for that, otherwise we could retrain all feats as epic feats or take them before we're allowed. and the prereq is wis 13 and 7 ranks concentration. They let a psi warrior have it at 4 and psions at 5 (using class bonus feat). wilders have to wait, its a trade off. Could multiclass into one of the other classes at 5th and take practiced manifester to off set the loss. I do believe you can take feats that you cant use yet, but you have to meet the prereqs to take it.--[[User:NameViolation|NameViolation]] 04:34, December 7, 2009 (UTC)
