Spectral Beam[edit]
When attacking with a spectral beam weapon, a beam of blue light extends from the weapon which extends to a cone out to your reach +5 ft. The beam automatically hits every creature caught within its range, dealing the weapon base damage in magic damage (only adding the weapon enhancement bonus, but not strength or any other bonus damage). The cone extends by 5 ft. for each point of enhancement bonus added on the weapon (but not other special qualities). The extra damage does not stack with the damage from a successful hit, however the base weapon damage counts as both pure magic damage and its original damage type.
If the wielder has a Bab of +6 or higher, she may focus the beam as a full-round action, making a single melee attack and firing the beam in a line instead of a cone. The beam deals double weapon damage, triple weapon damage if her Bab is at least +11 or quadruple weapon damage if her Bab is at least +16
