Through the mist and the fog, there was a great rumbling, like the growl of an angry beast. Then we saw him, and what we thought were great horns, until he burst out from the fog, running full tilt. He jumped off a ramp and landed with a spray of dirt. We then realized his horns were handles and a halfling was riding on his back, waving a hat and screaming.
Steel Horse-Infused
You have handlebars and rumble loudly when you move around. Vroom vroom!
Benefit: You gain a pair of handlebars that stick out from your head or some other part of your body. When operated with two hands as a standard action or as part of a full-round action, the handlebars allow you to increase your movement speeds by 10 feet. You also get a seat, allowing a friendly creature of at least 1 size smaller than you to share your space as part of your carrying capacity as if you were a mount.
Drawback: You suffer a −4 penalty on Move Silently checks when moving more than 10 feet per round. The penalty doubles when you move more than your base speed per round. You suffer a −4 penalty on grapple checks because your handlebars are easy to grab.
Special: Must be a corporeal creature.
Roleplaying Ideas: You're part motorcycle somehow, and that's totally awesome, even if you make a lot of noise. Maybe you like having a minion give you extra speed. Maybe you cruise around as a loner. Maybe your condition is dumb and embarrassing for you.
