First of all AC stacking can go crazy with this (looking at you, hulking hurler), especially as this stacks with everything. So I don't feel it's appropriate for Moderate level. That said, the reason that this is opposed instead of disliked: Why would natural armor "reducing damage taken from physical attacks as if wearing armor"? What does that even mean? Since wearing armor doesn't inherently reduce damage from physical attacks. This makes no sense.
