Balance[edit]
I went with moderate since it's only slightly numerically superior to one version of Bestow Curse, but without the permanence or the customization options of the latter. I am open to entertaining the idea of it being High level, though. Spanambula (talk) 04:38, 3 April 2014 (UTC)
