| This is strong for an ECL1, with +4 dex and 50 speed. Also, has very few abilities outside of speed.

Too Strong for LA 0?[edit]
I question whether this is appropriate for LA 0. You get an incredible land speed, a big bonus to a very important stat in return for a small penalty to a less-relevant stat and an outright dump stat, as well as a whole bunch of other bennies. I think this should have LA +1.
Additionally, some of the stuff in here isn't very clear. What is a '+4 balance to tumble' anyway?
