I asked around a bit before settling on those prices, and honestly I'm still not sure about it. Weapon-wise, the largest bonus is bypassing cover, with the other being highly circumstantial to be a useful course of action at all. Armor, I couldn't justify placing it too far above mithral and actually I probably could have gone lower because Darkleaf Cloth exists, and high weight fabric armors are not common. The DR is useful but circumstantial and if you're benefiting from it, you're already in a bad way. And the Escape Artist/Grapple is basically Skill Focuses.
