The bookkeeping for this looks like a slog! One bonus tracks up to +3, the other up to +5. A hit or miss switches one bonus accumulation track to the other. Then on top of that you've got shenanigans to try and make multiple Opportunity Attacks against a single target. I'd probably allow it to a player who asked, but visibly tracking the bonus would be 100% their responsibility.

Seems like a decent feat if you want to ensure that you'll hit regularly.
