Yes, it stacks. Given enough time you could slowly drain a level 20 CL spell to CL 0. With average rolls, it'll take about 6 rounds. Though, a partial effect may be worth it since it might drop someone's Greater Magic Weapon from a +5 to a +much lower. -- Eiji-kun (talk) 13:00, 17 February 2015 (UTC)

	I like this a lot; though it may cause a bit of paperwork to track buffs and reduced durations, it gives the Warlock some nice debuffery options.
