I don't understand it, Father Fratinus is always such a kind and patient man but when he took part in that theological debate he was frothing at the mouth. I am glad we restrained him before bashed the opposing clerics head in! Too bad he never got to make his speech.
This spell puts any target with at least 1 divine spellcaster level under the influence of an effect identical to that of the SRD:Rage spell. The subject also feels the urge to rant and rave about the the coming destruction of all unbelievers, spending a standard action every even round of the spells duration (the 2nd, 4th, etc) rambling and screaming about the oncoming doom to everyone around him/her. This ranting is too random to be used in any form of intimidate or diplomacy check.
Clerics take a penalty to their saves equal to the number of domains they have from the following: Destruction or War. The DM is encouraged to add any campaign specific domains to this list that have to do with fighting, heretics, unbelievers, madness, insanity and/or prophecy.
Material Component: A piece of paper with (to the target) heretical texts written on it.
