Uncanny Lash Style [Fighter, Tactical]
Your whip is effectively an extension of yourself, allowing you to perform many tactical maneuvers which border on the supernatural.Prerequisites: Weapon Focus (chain whip or whip)Benefit: You gain the following tactical maneuvers when using a chain whip or whip:
Arcing Lash (Ex): When you make an attack with a chain whip or whip, allies don’t provide soft cover to opponents. You threaten adjacent opponents with a chain whip outside of your turn.
Prehensile Whip (Su): You threaten adjacent opponents with your chain whip or whip. Additionally you may use your chain whip or whip to manipulate objects (but not weapons), at a range of 5 feet + the reach of your weapon (10' for the chain whip and 15' for the whip). You may use your weapon as a grappling hook, within that range. When doing so, you may attach your whip as a move action and detach it as a free action. If you are falling you may use this ability as an immediate action.
Whipping Parry: You are adept at catching attacks with your whip, diverting them away. While not using a weapon or shield in your off hand, you gain a +1 shield bonus to AC. This bonus increases by half of your whip's enhancement bonus, rounded up.
