You use the power of the unseen shackles to cause a charging creature or ranged attack to get caught in orbit around you before being violently ejected. If used against a creature it allowed a Fortitude save to negate the effect, but take a -8 penalty on it charge attack from the disturbance. If they fail their save they are picked up and unable to attack, orbit once around you and are ejected twice the distance of their charge horizontally and up to 20 feet vertically, ending Prone and taking falling damage as appropriated.
If used against a ranged attack, you make an opposed attack roll using your initiator level + Intelligence modifier as your attack roll. If your result is higher it is deflected and you may "fire" it against any creature within long range as a free action within 1 round, you use your Intelligence instead of your Dexterity for that attack roll. This maneuver may be used against siege attack and rays, but has a 20% chance of failure if done so.
