I think this prestige class really captures the sort of magnitude of power that a Legendary Super Saiyan would have. I don't think that I'd let any PC's play as an LSS but I think one would serve as a pretty terrifying villain.

I wanted to look favorably on this, or at least dislike it, but I realized there are two major sins holding this back.
1: This is... long, really long. And tons of links off site to pictures which aren't needed. I give others heat for being excessively wordy and linking everything to Youtube and TVTropes and the like, so I can't reasonably say it's acceptable here.
2: More importantly, those numbers man. Those numbers are too high for the listed balance point, and maybe too high in general. DR 25/- is a nope.

By itself, the Saiyan is meant to be a race; that's for sure. The entry requirements involve having the character play a specific race, but that would be normal with some PrCs. What's not normal is having a PrC that forces you to take levels in what's essentially a racial class, which is one of the largest no-no's of homebrewing. The PrC itself is essentially nothing more than a template made into a class; while there's some precedents in Dragon Disciple and a few others, they usually don't work that well. I don't find that the prerequisite class (the Saiyan Warrior) really reflects the characters from Dragon Ball, much less this prestige class. This class has nothing of prestige, and feels more like a build than something else, particularly when focusing on the actual story of the manga. Making it a PrC cheapens the entire story behind it. That I can't really stomach.
