	I saw the five natural attacks, then glanced down to where it says it's ECL 1, and immediately stopped reading. Broken as all hell on that basis alone.

	While the monster portion of Valentine The Rogue's choco stuff is good, this is not. The reasons have already been stated, so I'm not going to reiterate through them.

While it would be nice if I could favor this, as a project as a whole, the amount of work that has gone into making chocobos playable is tremendous. However, this race, as it appears, is unfinished. Description is shy on detail. The mechanics are... possibly playable, but I disagree with the use of the Animal type, the base land speed, as well as the sheer number of natural attacks granted for LA 0. With all the work that went into this project, the core of it is rotten, based around this race. It's just not good. 60 foot speed, 5 natural attacks, Animal type, Large size and some other stuff add up to a lot of problems. Players and DMs, stay away.

	Animals really shouldn't be a PC type. The Int cap as noted above is an issue. I also have issue with a bunch of other things: 5 Natural attacks (as noted above) 60 ft. land speed No usable languages (!) Large sized Several other perk abilities granted at HD intervals (including an unlimited amount of healing) All for LA +0.

	So, you start by getting a bunch of abilities that are too good for an LA+0, ECL 1 race. And then you get to the part where you don't get a bunch of things that you need to interact with other characters in the game. This is straight up bad.

	Reiterating what everyone else said above, plus races are supposed to be singular in their format. That's about the only new thing I can add.
