Wisen Hermit

Adventuring is a young man's game, at some point you will have to settle down so you can continue your studies study of magic in peace. Luckily with a bit of spellcasting you can have yourself a respectable Wizards Tower.

Class: WIZARD! Prestige Class or a full caster with a level 20 capstone ability

Prerequisites: none

Level: 10, 20

Replaces: Wizarding Way or level 20 capstone

Benefit: You gain a special 24 hour ritual that creates a Magic Tower from local or provided materials. The Tower has a size of up to three 10-ft. cubes per caster level and can be in any configuration as long as it is 3 times taller then it is wide and can create non-magical artwork, furniture, mechanisms and other objects that are fixed and integrated into structure which will crumble to dust if removed, as long as the caster can pass the craft skill DC check required to create the object in question. Performing the ritual again will allow you to modify your Tower or have a new one erected in another location, this will cause your old tower to slowly and noticeably collapse of the course of a day, removing any enchantments on it and possibly destroy any unremoved objects or trapped beings.

Each 10 foot x 10 foot x 2 foot wall or floor section of your tower has an hp of 500, hardness of 10 and requires a DC 45 strength check to break along with Self-repairing at a rate of (Caster level per hour) hp even from complete annihilation. At 10x the cost by the owner may enchanted the tower as long the crafting prerequisites are met and apply the effects to the tower and any inhabitants (example: for 12,500 gp and 1,000 xp the effect of Ring of Sustenance will be applied to anybody who spends more than a week in the tower or for 100,000gp and 8,000 xp you can copy the effect of an Pearly White Ioun Stone which heals each tower segment and occupant at the rate of 1hp per hour). While within your own tower you do not age, leaving does not cause you to retroactively age.

The Tower itself is extraordinary, while the ritual, self-repair, enchantments and unageing aspects are Supernatural.
