Saiyan Elite [Racial]
You are a member of the proud, Saiyan elite upper class and are trained so that you are not subject to the weaknesses of other 'lesser' Saiyans.Prerequisites: Saiyan race, Given extensive training from a Saiyan Elite who has this feat.Benefit: You are no longer subject to the tail weakness immobilization when your tail is grabbed, and are also retain your full intellect and are in full control of your thoughts and actions while in the Oozaru transformed state, and can also speak in any language you know (albieta with a very very deep, raspy version of your own voice) while transformed.
Normal: Saiyans without this feat will be fully immobilized and unable to move when someone successfully grapples thier tail. Additionally, other Saiyans without this feat who transform into an Oozaru ape are completely simple minded, no more than a raging animal.Special: You still cannot transform without the assistance of a full moon or the like, and still follow all applicaple rules for tail removal and regrowth and take all normal penalties for such.
