This spell is Freeze Blood, a necromancy [cold] spell. But it seems in the efforts to make a balanced utilitarian save or die, it kinda tramped all over that. It isn't really freezing, or affecting blood, or a cold spell. The description and mechanics of the spell need to match up more.

I am wary of death-immunity bypassing save or dies, but this has precedence (via Flesh to Stone). That said, though it looks like it does have a means of immunity though being a Cold spell, cold immunes are still effected, and I'm not sure why. Besides disagreeing with it bypassing, I don't know the mechanism in which they are being harmed if its not a cold effect.

I can't really being myself to disliking it, but consider this a negatively toned neither rating. I'll side with Gecko here.

Oh, everything's ok now. Now it makes the sense.

In fairness, this seems an extraordinarily easy fix. Change the spell school to transmutation and you're good to go, in my opinion. Given that this isn't an actual death effect, just a save or die, doing so seems appropriate to me. - TG Cid 21:11, 2 July 2012 (UTC)
