Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item or any other item creation feat.Benefit: When crafting a magic item, you may reduce the base material cost by 50%. This applies to both gold and XP costs.
Normal: Magic items require their full cost in gold and XP to craft.Special: This feat applies to all item creation feats you possess.
