Gravitic Spell [Metamagic]
Benefit: You can modify a spell that deals acid, cold, electricity, or fire damage to deal damage through extreme gravity. You can either replace the spell’s normal damage with bludgeoning damage or split the spell’s damage so that half is bludgeoning and half is of its normal type. Creatures with damage reduction apply their damage reduction to bludgeoning damage from a gravitic spell, but the spell counts as bludgeoning and magic for the purposes of bypassing damage reduction.
When a creature takes damage from a gravitic spell, they fall prone and are unable to get up for 1 round. If the spell allows a saving throw, a successful save allows the creature to negate the prone effect. If the spell does not allow a save, the target can make a Will save to negate the prone effect.
When casting a gravity spell with an area of effect with a duration, the caster may treat the area of spell as either under the effect of low gravity or heavy gravity for the spell’s duration.
A gravitic spell uses a spell slot 2 levels higher than the spell’s normal spell level.
