Unofficial Description: These warlocks make a pact with a powerful Elder God or Far Realms being.

Awakened Mind

3rd level Great Old One Patron feature.
Unofficial Summary: Use a Bonus Action to select a creature and set up a telepathic link. As long as you share a language, you can communicate mentally with each other over an extended distance. 

Great Old One Spells

3rd level Great Old One Patron feature.
Unofficial Summary: You know and always have the following spells prepared. They also count as Warlock Spells for you.
Clairvoyance, Confusion, Detect Thoughts, Dissonant Whispers, Hunger of Hadar, Modify Memory, Phantasmal Force, Summon Aberration, Tasha’s Hideous Laughter, Telekinesis 

Psychic Spells

3rd level Great Old One Patron feature.
Unofficial Summary: Your Warlock spells can cause Psychic damage instead of its stated damage type. Additionally, your Enchantment and Illusion Warlock spells can be cast without Verbal or Somatic components. 

Clairvoyant Combatant

6th level Great Old One Patron feature.
Unofficial Summary: Once per Rest, you can use your Awakened Mind on a creature and nerf its Attack Rolls against you and buff your attack rolls against it (Wisdom save to avoid these bonus effects). You can expend a Pact Magic spell slot to recharge this ability. 

Eldritch Hex

10th level Great Old One Patron feature.
Unofficial Summary: You know and always have the Hex spell prepared. When you cast it, the target has Disadvantage on Ability saves of your choice. 

Thought Shield

10th level Great Old One Patron feature.
Unofficial Summary: You are immune to Telepathy. You have Resistance to Psychic damage (which is reflected on the attacker). 

Create Thrall

14th level Great Old One Patron feature.
Unofficial Summary: You know and can cast Summon Aberration. You can cast this spell for a limited duration in exchange for not needing Concentration. Additionally the summoned Aberration does bonus Psychic damage to the target of its Hex. 5e24
