Implement Invocation [General]
Prerequisites: Intense Focus resonant power or Elementalist FocusBenefit: You double the bonus damage granted by your Intense Focus resonant power and it applies to non-instantaneous evocation spells and focus power as long as they do damage. If applied to such a spell or focus power, the extra damage is only dealt once per round for each affected creature. Additionally you may use your Energy Ray Base Focus Power without expending any points of mental focus, but if you do so it deals damage as if you were half your occultist level.
