Improved Racial Hit Dice [General]
Prerequisites: Must possess at least one racial hit diceBenefit: Any racial hit dice you possess that are not Dragon or Outsider hit dice gain the following changes: the attack bonus improves by one step, the hit die increases by one step (to a maximum of d12), the number of skill points it grants increases by 2 (to a maximum of 8 per level), and one of the bad saves becomes a good save.
