Mumbler [General]
We put a gag in his mouth, but you can still hear him swearing.Prerequisites: Speak Language 1 rankBenefit: You can talk, even with things in your mouth or gags. Your speech is muffled, raising the Listen DC to understand you by 10 (usually a 0 for normal speech) and you have a spell failure chance of 15% with any spells with vocal components. Silence spells and voids can still prevent speech, but other obstructions do not.
Normal: Stuffing something in your mouth makes it downright impossible for you to speak clearly.Special: As a side benefit, the DC to listen in on any conversation you have increases by +10, gagged or not.
