Low - Overclock [Spelltouched]
The wizard seemed to move quickly out of the enemy's way and cast a spell from out of reach.Prerequisites: Exposure to a time stop spell, or any time-stopping spells or magic.Benefit: You may spend a swift action, once per hour, to slow down time for a brief, fleeting moment. The next action that you take doesn't provoke attacks of opportunity if it would.
