Pillar of Dreams
Dreamweaver Attack 19
You surround yourself in a cylinder of light and all of your adversaries caught in it will earn a nasty surprise, while your allies are compelled by your thoughts.
Daily ✦ Divine, Conjuration, Implement, Radiant, Zone
Standard Action Area Burst 3 within 10
Target: Each creature in burst
Attack: Wisdom vs. Fortitude
Hit: 2d10 + Wisdom modifier Radiant damage, and the target takes a -3 penalty to attack rolls and all defenses (save ends both).
Effect: The burst creates a zone in its place. All allies within the zone gain a +2 power bonus to attack rolls against all creatures within the zone. Enemies that enter the zone takes a -2 penalty to attack rolls. All targets that were affected by the burst power is unaffected by the zone’s effects until they reenter the zone. The zone lasts until the end of the encounter, or you can dismiss the zone as a free action.
