Point Blank Blast [General]
Benefit: Whenever you deliver a burst, cone, line, ray or spread area of effect to an adjacent target, that target takes an extra point of damage per damage die of the effect and does not benefit from Evasion or Improved Evasion. In the case of radius burst and radius spread, the target must also be at the epicenter of the effect in order for you to benefit from this feat.
